> Boucherie Thai Takeout & Wine is an eclectic grocery and takeout concept in the historic Bircher House in Saanen, Switzerland, combining a butcher shop, wine selection, and authentic Thai cuisine under one roof.

Located in Saanen's pedestrian shopping zone in the center of the village.

Open daily 10:30–14:00 and 17:00–21:30, closed on Tuesdays.

A one-of-a-kind food stop in the Bernese Highlands blending fine cheeses, select wines, cured meats, and spicy Thai takeout in a renovated historic chalet with Mediterranean ambiance.

- **Thai takeout** — Authentic, spicy Thai dishes prepared by cook Tan, available to order by phone and pick up.
