Accessible by car via Interlaken on good roads, with parking directly beside the hotel and Tesla charging points. The hotel is also walkable from Grindelwald train station; shuttle available for guests with luggage.

Open year-round; summer and winter bookings are nearly equal, with outdoor hiking in summer and winter sports in the wider Grindelwald area.

Each of the 29 rooms views either the Eiger north face or the Wetterhorn range toward Bussalp. The hotel gained viral attention after a review on South Korea's Naver Café generated 300 bookings in one hour. Gold-plated cutlery is a popular souvenir — a hotel shop was planned to sell it legally.
