# Downtown Manhattan&#8217;s highest new residences &#8211; 30 Park Place

> 30 Park Place is an 82-story, 926-foot supertall tower under construction in Tribeca, Lower Manhattan, set to become the tallest residential building in downtown Manhattan when completed in 2016, combining a Four Seasons Hotel with ultra-luxury condominiums.
