The hotel has 16 individually designed suites named after wine types such as Reserva and Grand Cru. The breakfast buffet reflects the Swiss founders' origins, including traditional Birchermüsli and Butterzopf. The hotel was designed by A4 estudio and won Best New Boutique Hotel 2012, Best Boutique Hotel of South America 2013, and Best South American Boutique Luxury Spa at the 2017 World Luxury Spa Awards.
