A one-of-a-kind event location housed in a faithfully restored turbine building that once powered the Gornergrat electric railway, complete with original Brown Boveri turbines, machine noise, and atmospheric steam.

## What to see
- **Original hydroelectric turbines** — Brown Boveri turbines retired in 1947, preserved in place as the centrepiece of the venue.
- **Turbine hall** — Soaring industrial space used for events, with a DJ cockpit positioned high above the floor.
- **Matterhorn views** — The venue's location in Winkelmatten offers direct views of the Matterhorn.

## Good to know
The building was originally constructed in 1898 to power the Gornergrat railway. Christian Meier and his brothers Jürg and Michael restored it themselves starting in 2014. The Meier family also runs the Stoked Snowboard School, Boot Fitting & Biomechanics, Stoked Real Estate, and a sports shop at Bahnhofstrasse 72 in Zermatt.
