Out of a one-month stay in Australia we spent 2 full days in Sydney. The Establishment hotel in the Rocks district near the harbour is awesome, we can highly recommend it.
We are all familiar with the world famous photos of the Sydney opera house. Seeing it with your own eyes seems quite a different story, though. Jorn Utzon’s renowned design is even more spectacular than I would have imagined!
The Establishment is a carefully designed boutique hotel with numerous amenities. We liked our hotel room a lot. But also the Establishment bar, the Australian fine dining restaurant Est and the rooftop Asian restaurant Hemmesphere are impressive.
