Sydney is one of the world’s most beautiful cities with a spectacular harbour, iconic Opera House and majestic bridge. So as part of your Australian holiday in Sydney, stay in style in one of the many five-star hotels in the heart of the city. Here’s a collection of five of the most luxurious hotels in Sydney.

InterContinental

When Oprah visited Sydney on her Australia tour she choose to stay at the InterContinental. Located moments from Circular Quay, the Botanic Gardens and the Sydney Opera House, this is a beautiful accommodation option. The historic façade has been restored to its former glory and the interior has been re-designed to maximum effect.

Hilton

An icon of George Street overlooking the Queen Victoria Building, Sydney’s Hilton recently underwent a complete transformation to reveal a truly remarkable hotel. On offer are 577 beautifully-appointed rooms that offer respite from the hustle and bustle of the city below.

Sheraton on the Park

With a spectacular location on Hyde Park, the Sheraton on the Park is a majestic luxury hotel that offers a beautiful place to stay. Within the complex, there’s a fitness centre, pool, spa and a beauty centre.

Four Seasons

The Four Seasons provides a comfortable night’s stay near the Sydney’s spectacular waterfront and the historic Rocks district. The facilities are very impressive and include a heated and outdoor pool, spa, fitness centre and a business centre.

Marriott Hotel

The rooms in the Marriott Hotel boast a stunning outlook over the adjacent Hyde Park and the city skyline. The location is perfectly positioned within walking distance of Sydney’s shopping, culture and business heart. After a busy day sight-seeing, return to the hotel to enjoy a relaxing spa, refreshing swim or a delicious meal in the restaurant.

      Thanks!

Yes, the Sydney harbour area offers stunning views. I thought I knew the Sydney opera house in and out from postcards. But when I actually made it there I was still blown away!

And when you look back you get to see Sydney’s spectacular skyline and the harbour bridge. Not bad for such a remote place ;-)
